RETURN AND EXCHANGE

TURKEY ORDERS:

You have the right to return and exchange your product within 15 working days after you receive it. Simply fill out your return exchange form and send it to us with the product. You can provide free shipping with our contracted domestic cargo.

Returns and exchanges sent by different cargo companies are not accepted.

Your e-invoice is also sent on your cargo package, there is Noircomputer.com return exchange form on the back of your invoice, you can fill out that form and send it to us for return or exchange transactions.

You can use your right of withdrawal within 14 days for unused products you receive from Noircomputer.com. This period starts from the date the product is delivered to you. When you use your right of withdrawal, you must send the product back within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.

If the products you return comply with the return conditions, the Noircomputer.com forwards the refunds to the bank within 3 working days. The refunded amount will be reflected on credit cards within 15 working days after the cut-off date of your card. For bank cards, this process takes 7-10 business days. In accordance with bank practices, the refunded amount is reflected on the card as a positive balance in transactions made in installments, but the transaction installment continues to be paid by your card.

If you have made your shopping with a credit card or shopping card, your refund will be sent back to the card you shopped with, if you have made a purchase with cash at the door, your refund will be made to your 26-digit iban number that you will provide in the refund exchange form. When writing your Iban number on your return exchange form, we will ask you to write the full name and surname of the owner of the Iban number.

 

You can make changes in color and size for the products you purchased from Noircomputercom However, exchanging for a different product is not possible You can send the product you want to exchange to us free of charge via Yurtiçi Kargo The return shipping cost for your exchanged product will be charged to you according to our agreed-upon rates

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We accept return requests within 30 days from the delivery of your product The returned items must be undamaged, in their original condition, and with all original tags and packaging materials Returns cannot be processed for final sale items

All products can be returned within 30 days, regardless of the shipping address Our company does not cover return postage fees All shipping and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer

If the product you received is INCORRECT, MISSING, or DEFECTIVE, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product via support@noircomputercom In your email, please include your order number, photos of the defective product, and any relevant information and references.

If you want a change to occur, we will initiate a product and refund process in your name and for your product Once the refund process is completed and your money is refunded, you can reorder the desired product.
